Atty. Arbie C. Buenaflor, is one of the founding partners of Regio & Buenaflor Law Offices. His areas of law practice include Criminal, Civil, Family, Labor, Administrative Law, Government Contracts and Procurement with a specialization in Government Infrastructure Projects and Right-of-Way Acquisition.

Atty. Buenaflor is a litigation lawyer and a former Director of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines – Quezon City Chapter, the biggest and most prominent IBP Chapter in the country. He is likewise a consultant for several government agencies and private companies. Apart from ligation work, he is also a lecturer on Gender and Development and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Prior to his private practice of law, he began his career with the Department of Public Works and Highways. Atty. Buenaflor graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree and holds a Bachelor of Arts – Broadcast Communication degree from the same university, the University of the East. He graduated in 2017, took the Bar Examinations for the same year, and passed. In 2018, he was admitted to the Philippine Bar.
