Atty. Constantino S. Dela Cruz is one of the Partners of Regio & Buenaflor Law Offices. A seasoned legal practitioner in his own right with more than 17 years in the public and private practice of law, Atty. Dela Cruz has been proven as a very capable litigation lawyer who has extensive legal practice in Labor Law, Corporate Law, Civil Law and Criminal Law.

Before joining the firm, Atty. Dela Cruz served for almost a decade as Corporate Counsel for several private companies. Thereafter, he became one of the co-founders of Dela Cruz and Manuel Law Firm.

In 2004, he graduated from the Arellano University School of Law. After graduating with a Bachelor of Laws Degree, he took the Bar Examination and  passed on the same year. Atty. Dela Cruz also holds a degree in Political Science and Government from the Far Eastern University. He is likewise a Certified Level 1 Data Protection Officer by the National Privacy Commission.
