Atty. Jamael U. Batugan, Jr. started his career in the legal profession as a Paralegal for different Law Firms in Metro Manila wherein he handled different types of cases in the areas of Civil, Criminal and Labor Law. After passing the Bar Examinations, he joined the government and worked as the Executive Assistant to the Undersecretary of Department of Trade and Industry where he formulated policies and agendas for different government projects, facilitated and prepared documents related to procurement and contracts relative to employment and other government dealings.

Thereafter, he realized that his heart belongs to the private practice of law and litigation in general where he decided to join the Regio & Buenaflor Law Offices where he is engaged in consultations, contract reviews, court appearances and drafting of pleadings related to Civil, Criminal, Labor, Commercial, Military and other Administrative Cases.

A rising star through his hard work and dedication, Atty. Batugan became the youngest Junior Partner of the Firm in his late twenties. Atty. Batugan holds a degree in Bachelor of Science major in Business Administration major in Internal Auditing from Far Eastern University – Manila wherein he graduated with the distinct honor of Cum Laude. Immediately after obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree, he proceeded to school and finished his Juris Doctor degree from University of the East – Manila and graduated as the class Salutatorian.
